The methods to use these three tools are similar. I’ll take BeenVerified as an example to show you how to perform a Cash App username lookup.

1. Visit the username search page of BeenVerified.
2. Enter the Cashtag (without “$”) and click SEARCH.

Usually if your search key is something more common and exclusive like a phone number, I’d recommend you to try a free service first. Because open-source phone directories are easy to access – unlike a Cash App username. It requires the service to have more accurate algorithms and larger databases, which are the strength of paid people search services.

2. Search the Cashtag on social media

When it comes to financial behaviors, people tend to use their real name or related alias to mark themselves. The $Cashtag is the one and only Cash App username that’s attached to you and enact direct transactions. So many would involve their real names or frequently used usernames in them.

That means you probably could find similar profile names on hot social media like Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, X (Twitter) and so on.
